This is the Last One, I have of these. Anderson is no more, sad, they make a great affordable firearm. (guy did not pay so I had to relist it.)
This Anderson Tac Tactical Utility Ar-15 style rifle is chambered in 5.56 with a 16" barrel. Comes NIB New In Box with a 30 round magazine. It has been paired with a New Accufire 1-6X24 Tactical rifle scope ($679 MSRP). Want a good basic NO Fru-fru AR, this is for you.
Anderson has made a name for itself by manufacturing high quality rifles that everyone can afford.
MSRP for the Anderson Tac Utility is $649. MSRP for the Accufire 1-6x24 scope is $679.95. Total MSRP is $1329 Hey is is an auction so you decide the price. Anderson makes a good basic AR, you can customize it from there.
Now there are AR's on the market that are a tiny bit cheaper. Do these cheapies go bang every time? Maybe yes, maybe no. Anderson makes a majority of their own components that is how they keep the cost down. O' and they go bang every time, RELIABLY.
As more than one gunsmith has said, “I can't build you a rifle that inexpensive that is that good.”

This is an MGE Wholesale exclusive - FFL dealers can't get them just anywhere, it is an exclusive.
-The differences are a full length handguard on this one - Tactical Utility… Versus a mid length handguard on a AM-15. (you can hang accessories closer to the muzzle and more of them).
-And this one has a much nicer 6 position PADDED butt pad (worth about $30 more) versus flat plastic on the AM-15.
IMPORTANT READ - No scope mounting bracket is included in the auction. You may want a different mounting bracket style OR you may want to put this on another rifle. Plus they come in three different heights, with 9 different options, everybody seems to have a different favorite. You can chose the one that suits your needs locally.

***SCOPE***
Info on the Accufire 1-6x24 (for pictures and more info see me listing on the scope seperately...)
Accufire Prospectis Evro 6 SFP 1-6X24 Tactical Rifle Scope. SFP stands for Second Focal Plan. A great hunting/tactical scope that keeps the reticle the same, it does NOT move. You can go in and out all you want, it stays in the same spot. NEVER moves. That is what you want for close to medium distance that most tactical/hunters use.
Prospectis Evro-6 rifle scope offers fast acquisition, ease of use, and weighs in at just under 1.1 lbs. EVRO stands for Essential Variable Rifle Scope.
SFP (second focal plane) scopes are more often used for tactical use or hunting, as most of time you are not going out over 300 yards. Though this one would do a great job at that distance and beyond. NIB - New In Box, battery has never been in the optic.
Only Accufire has it all -
Nicer Reticle - Horseshoe BDC
Bullet Drop Compensator
Exposed Locking Turrets - No turret caps to lose or unscrew. Only lift and listen for the clicks, so nice so smooth.

Illuminated Reticle
Fog resistant
Water resistant

Prospectis EVRO-6 Essential Variable Rifle Scope is the only second focal plane optic in Accufire’s inventory. This allows for a large field-of-view which enables efficient target transition.
The fully illuminated reticle is designed for rapid acquisition on targets out to 300 yards as well as bullet drop and windage indicators for longer shots. The exposed locking turrets and our fast– mag lever optimize this scope for close to mid-range shooting.

Second Focal Plane versus First Focal Plane explained (I hope....) -
The main difference between them is that an SFP reticle will appear to be the same size regardless of magnification. With an FFP reticle, the size of the reticle will appear to change as the scope's magnification is changed. (At 1x it looks one way, at 6x completely different.)
If you primarily shoot at a fixed distance or short to mid-range distances, a second focal plane scope may be more appropriate. However, if you frequently shoot at varying distances or need precise aiming for long-range shots,
a first focal plane scope can have advantages.
Second Focal Plane Reticle. Second focal plane scopes are the world standard for hunters, and for good reason; the reticle stays the same size whether zoomed in or out. You can crank up to top magnification and see the wings on a fly at 100 yards; the reticle doesn't become grossly fat and get in the way.
Basically - the reticle does NOT move. You can go in and out all you want, it stays in the same spot. NEVER moves.
